A self-contained refrigeration system with a self-cleaning condenser supports consistent performance and reduces routine maintenance. Precise holding is managed by a digital electronic thermostat with defrost control, verified at a glance with a solar digital thermometer. LED interior lighting brightens the presentation, and a night cover helps protect contents during off-hours. Built with a stainless steel interior, back wall, and deck pan, this unit withstands daily use and simplifies cleaning. Front air intake and rear air discharge optimize airflow in tight counter spaces.
