Its open front, tempered glass front shield and side walls, and bright LED lights showcase products at a glance, while (3) adjustable stainless steel shelves in 1" increments enable precise product spacing. A self-cleaning condenser device and hot gas condensate system support dependable operation during busy hours. For energy management after closing, an energy saving night curtain is standard. The black exterior suits front-of-house placement, and front air intake with rear air discharge promotes effective airflow. This unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 15.5 amps. It includes a cord with a NEMA 5-20P and is powered by (2) 3/4 HP, aligning performance and presentation for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
