Self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant provide refrigerated holding. A stainless steel interior with (1) shelf plus deck, tempered glass front shield and side panels, and LED interior lighting present products clearly. Operators can monitor and set conditions using the digital electronic thermostat with defrost control and the solar digital thermometer. Rear sliding glass doors offer back access for restocking, and the included night cover provides after-hours coverage.
