Its 8.6 cu. ft. capacity showcases packaged foods and beverages under bright LED interior lighting behind a tempered glass front shield, drawing attention while maintaining product integrity. A self-cleaning condenser device supports consistent performance by helping reduce dust buildup. Operators get precise, at-a-glance control via a solar powered digital thermometer and a digital electronic thermostat with defrost control. The stainless steel interior—including the back wall and deck pans—streamlines cleaning, while a perforated interior back wall and open top promote effective airflow. Solid side panels and a standard back-guard further improve air circulation, and the included night curtain aids efficiency during off hours.
