Product Description
The Turbo Air TOS-40NN-D-W(B) open display sandwich & cheese merchandiser measures 40-1/4"W x 35-3/8"D x 40-1/4"H with a 1.83 cu. ft. capacity. It features self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser and a digital temperature controller. Construction includes single pane tempered glass, a glass sneeze guard, a glass top shelf with a stainless steel frame, and a stainless steel deck and airflow grille. Bottom lit LED interior lighting illuminates the display. Mobility is provided by 3" swivel casters (two with brakes). The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with 1/3 HP and operates on 115v/60/1ph, 8.0 amps with a NEMA 5-15P cord. Exterior color is specified at order, supporting a range of concepts for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
