The Turbo Air TOS-40NN-W(B) is an open display sandwich and cheese merchandiser built to support busy foodservice lines and grab-and-go programs. Measuring 40-1/4"W x 35-3/8"D x 30-7/8"H with a 1.83 cu. ft. capacity, it uses self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser and a digital temperature controller to maintain consistent holding conditions. Single pane tempered glass and bottom lit LED interior lighting present product clearly from the counter, while a stainless steel deck and airflow grille provide a durable, cleanable surface. Mobility is standard with 3" swivel casters, including two with brakes for stable placement. This unit runs on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP motor, drawing 5.3 amps on 115v/60/1ph power with a NEMA 5-15P cord. Exterior color is specified at order. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it integrates seamlessly into front-of-house merchandising for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
