Turbo Air’s self-cleaning condenser automatically brushes the condenser each day to help prevent performance issues and reduce maintenance. A cold bunker system distributes air evenly around the pan rail, keeping ingredients below 41 degrees Fahrenheit even with frequent lid openings. The 31 cu. ft. cabinet combines one door and four drawers for efficient organization; each drawer can hold up to two full-size pans, six 1/3-size pans, or twelve 1/6-size pans (drawer pans not included).
