The 19-1/4" deep removable cutting board supports large pies and efficient prep. Its front-breathing, side-mount, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for responsive cooling, while the self-cleaning condenser helps maintain performance. A durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom withstands daily use, and an ABS door liner plus insulated pan cover help hold temperatures during rush periods. Six drawers with recessed handles provide ergonomic access and smooth workflow.
