With a net capacity of 8 cu. ft. and space for twelve 1/6 size pans, it keeps ingredients organized and within reach. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust and debris to help prevent system failures, while advanced digital temperature control maintains consistent, food-safe temperatures between 33°F and 39°F.
The TST-28SD-12-N’s Cold Bunker system circulates cold air around the pan area to help hold required temperatures, even with lids open. A stainless steel interior and exterior simplify cleaning and deliver long-term durability. The 9-1/2-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick high-density polyethylene cutting board provides a generous, sanitary work surface, complemented by LED interior lighting for clear product visibility and an insulated pan cover to lock in the cold.
