The Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-D2-N supports fast, organized prep in a compact 27-1/2-inch footprint with 7.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity. A stainless steel top features a 12-pan opening with an insulated pan cover, while a cutting board side rail keeps assembly on track during peak service. Inside, two drawers and one stainless steel wire shelf stage ingredients and smallwares, illuminated by LED interior lighting. For dependable performance, this unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser, a cold air compartment, and a hot gas condensate system. Its self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior plus a galvanized steel back and bottom, the cabinet is made for daily kitchen demands and moves easily on 5-3/4-inch casters.
