A stainless steel cabinet and insulated pan cover support safe holding and clean presentation during busy service.
Operators benefit from a self-cleaning condenser that helps keep airflow clear, while a digital temperature control & monitor system provides precise, reliable regulation. The unit runs on hydrocarbon refrigerants (R-290) with a 1/5 HP compressor, drawing just 3 amps on 115v/60/1-ph power, and connects via a standard NEMA 5-15P.
