The Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-FB-N supports fast, organized production on crowded lines. This one-section sandwich/salad mega top unit offers 7.4 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage and a cold air compartment for (12) 1/6-size, 4" deep pans protected by an insulated pan cover. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail creates a dedicated assembly surface for efficient workflow. Durable construction includes a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, an ABS door liner, and a stainless steel wire shelf. A self-cleaning condenser and LED interior lighting streamline daily operation and visibility. The self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1 (3.8 amps) with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features front breathing airflow and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
