The Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-N-GL optimizes sandwich and salad production in compact spaces. This one-section, 28"W x 37"D x 31-3/4"H prep unit provides 8 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity and a clear view through a glass lid. Keep 12 pans of ingredients (1/6 size, 4" deep) organized while the cold bunker system and cold air compartment help maintain temperatures across the rail. Prep efficiently on the 6-1/4" deep cutting board with side rail, and illuminate the cabinet with LED interior lighting and fan control. A self-cleaning condenser and a self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support reliable performance. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom), the unit includes one solid door and one stainless steel wire shelf. ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listed.
