The Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-N-SL sandwich/salad mega top unit with a slide-back lid streamlines prep while protecting ingredients. This one-section, 8 cu. ft. model features a stainless steel top with a 12-pan opening, a cutting board side rail, and an insulated pan cover to keep the line ready between rushes. A cold bunker system and cold air compartment support consistent temperatures across the pan area. Inside the cabinet, LED interior lighting with fan control aids quick checks and organization. Built for durability, it has a stainless steel interior and exterior, one stainless steel door with a recessed handle, an ABS door liner, and one stainless steel wire shelf. The self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/6 HP, and the unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser. ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listed. NEMA 5-15P, 115v/60/1-ph, 2.6 amps. Made in USA. Please allow 4 weeks lead time for TST-SL models.
