The Turbo Air TST-28SD-N super deluxe sandwich/salad unit is built to streamline prep with a stainless steel top that features an 8-pan opening, an insulated pan cover, and a cutting board side rail. This one-section, 7 cu. ft. model combines a stainless steel interior and exterior with an ABS door liner and a recessed-handle stainless steel door. A cold air compartment serves the pan area, while the self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor. For dependable operation, the unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and a hot gas condensate system. Inside the cabinet, a stainless steel wire shelf helps organize ingredients. Electrical requirements are 115v/60/1-ph, 3.0 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this unit aligns performance-focused kitchens with durable construction and organized workflow.
