The Turbo Air TST-28SD-D2-N refrigerated prep table delivers reliable cold holding and streamlined workflow for high-volume kitchens. Using eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it supports energy-efficient performance with a lower global warming potential. A 9-1/2" deep, 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides ample prep space, while the insulated pan cover helps keep ingredients cool and ready to serve. Two stainless steel drawers accommodate up to eight 1/6 size pans, making it easy to organize sandwich, salad, and garnish items.
Engineered for consistency, the cold bunker system maintains even temperatures across the pan area. The patented self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust buildup daily to help prevent performance issues and sustain cooling efficiency.
