Product Description
The Turbo Air TST-28SD-FB-N is a super deluxe sandwich/salad unit designed with front breathing airflow. This one-section, 6.5 cu. ft. model organizes ingredients in (8) 1/6 size, 4-inch-deep pans under an insulated pan cover and a cold air compartment. A 9-1/2-inch-deep cutting board with side rail provides a dedicated prep surface, while a solid door and (1) stainless steel wire shelf support storage needs. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior plus a galvanized steel back and bottom, it also features an ABS door liner. Refrigeration is self-contained and rear mounted, utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor. The unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and carries cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings. Dimensions are 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H. Electrical requirements: 115v/60/1-ph, 3.8 amps, NEMA 5-15P.
