Designed for busy kitchens, the Turbo Air TST-28SD-N-GL sandwich/salad unit with glass lid offers organized prep in a compact 27-1/2 inch footprint. A 7.0 cu. ft. cabinet and cold air compartment accommodate (8) 1/6 size, 4-inch-deep pans, and a 6-1/4 inch-deep cutting board with side rail supports assembly. The unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and built with a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, plus an ABS door liner and a stainless steel wire shelf. This one-section, self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/6 HP. Electrical is 115v/60/1, 6.6 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P. A solid door and the glass lid aid storage and visibility. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
