The mega top unit’s Cold Bunker system circulates cold air around the food pan area to help maintain optimal temperatures, even with frequent lid openings.
This model features Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser that automatically brushes away dust to support consistent performance. A digital temperature control and monitoring system provides precise adjustments and clear visibility of internal temperatures. Built with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior for long-term use and easy maintenance, it includes a 9-1/2" deep high-density polyethylene cutting board to streamline workflow.
