The Turbo Air TST-36SD-FB-N is a super deluxe sandwich/salad unit built to keep cold prep organized and efficient. Front breathing airflow supports performance on busy lines, while the 36-1/4"W x 30"D footprint offers 8.8 cu. ft. across two sections. A stainless steel top with a 10-pan opening places ingredients within easy reach next to the cutting board side rail to streamline assembly. Two solid hinged swing doors and (2) stainless steel wire shelf provide practical storage, and the stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom are made for heavy use. A self-cleaning condenser is equipped to help maintain consistent airflow, and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP system provides efficient cooling on a 115v/60/1-ph, 3.8-amp circuit using a NEMA 5-15P.
