Product Description
The Turbo Air TST-48SD-12-N is a Super Deluxe sandwich/salad unit built to organize ingredients and support fast, clean assembly. This two-section, 12.0 cu. ft. model features a stainless steel top with a 12-pan opening, an insulated pan cover, and a 17" deep cutting board. Its self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor. A cold air compartment, self-cleaning condenser, and hot gas condensate system are included. The cabinet has (2) stainless steel doors with recessed handles and a stainless steel interior with (2) stainless steel wire shelves, plus an ABS door liner. The exterior is stainless steel with a galvanized steel back and bottom. Electrical requirements are 115v/60/1-ph, 4.4 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
