The rail accommodates (12) 1/6 size, 4"-deep pans and features a cold bunker system. Front breathing airflow and a self-cleaning condenser device are equipped, while a digital temperature control & monitoring system supports precise operation. Built for durability, it features a stainless steel interior & exterior with a galvanized steel back & bottom and high-density polyurethane insulation.
