The Turbo Air TST-48SD-12M-N(-LW) prep table is built to keep fast-paced kitchens organized, cool, and efficient. A 12-pan capacity keeps ingredients within easy reach, while the Cold Bunker system circulates chilled air around, above, and beneath the pans to maintain optimal temperatures even with the lid open. The durable stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use, and high-density polyurethane insulation helps preserve consistent cooling. Digital temperature controls with an external display make monitoring precise and straightforward. Inside the 15 cu. ft. cabinet, LED lighting enhances visibility over two stainless steel shelves behind two swing doors. For streamlined workflow, a 9-1/2" deep polyethylene cutting board is included, and an insulated pan cover improves temperature retention between rushes. Using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and qualified for ENERGY STAR, this cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed unit delivers reliable performance on a 115/60/1 connection with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
