The Turbo Air TST-48SD-12M-N-SL(-LW) super deluxe sandwich/salad mega top unit is built to optimize prep speed and ingredient management for busy lines. A slide-back lid (specify side of work station) pairs with a 9-1/2" deep cutting board to create an efficient make station. The top accommodates (12) 1/6-size, 4" deep pans, supported by a cold air compartment and insulated pan cover. Inside, the two-section, 15.0 cu. ft. cabinet features two stainless steel doors with recessed handles, ABS door liners, and two stainless steel shelves for organized storage. Digital temperature control & monitoring, LED interior lighting, and fan control streamline operation and visibility. Built with a stainless steel interior & exterior and a galvanized steel back & bottom, this unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Measuring 48-1/4"W x 34"D x 39"H, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
