A left-side stainless steel door with recessed handle and two right-side drawers streamline workflow for chefs and operators, while the insulated pan cover, cold air compartment, and cold bunker system help maintain consistent, food-safe temperatures across the rail. The stainless steel interior and exterior (with galvanized steel back and bottom), ABS door liner, and one stainless steel wire shelf support durability and easy cleaning. Digital temperature control and monitoring, paired with LED interior lighting, enhances visibility and precision. A self-cleaning condenser helps sustain performance with less routine intervention.
