The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-D2R-N-FL is a two-section, 15 cu. ft. super deluxe mega top sandwich/salad prep table with a flat lid, built for organized, high-volume prep. Measuring 48-1/4"W x 34"D x 32-7/8"H, it features an 18-pan top opening with lid and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board for efficient ingredient layout. A rear mount self-contained compressor supports the cold bunker system, while the digital temperature control & monitor system manages cabinet conditions. Storage is split between (1) solid hinged swing door and (2) drawers to stage ingredients and backups. The stainless steel interior & exterior with a galvanized bottom is suited for demanding kitchen environments. A self-cleaning condenser and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant define the refrigeration package. This model is rated 1/5 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and carries cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
