The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-D2R-N-GL is a two-section sandwich/salad mega top unit with a glass lid, engineered for organized, high-volume prep. It offers 15 cu. ft. of capacity and a stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening, paired with a 6-1/4" deep cutting board. Storage is configured with (1) solid hinged swing door and (2) drawers. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, plus an ABS door liner and LED interior lighting, provide a durable, visible workspace. Performance components include a digital temperature control and monitoring system, a cold air compartment, and a cold bunker system. The self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor, and a self-cleaning condenser is equipped. Dimensions are 48-1/4"W x 34"D x 31-1/4"H. This unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
