The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-D2R-N is a two-section sandwich/salad mega top unit designed to keep ingredients organized and at ideal temperatures on a busy prep line. A 48-1/4 inch stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening places product within easy reach, protected by an insulated pan cover. Two drawers on the left and a right-hinged door on the right offer flexible storage, while the stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized back and bottom stand up to daily use. Digital temperature control and monitoring, a cold bunker system, and a cold air compartment support consistent cooling along the cutting board side rail. A self-cleaning condenser helps sustain performance with reduced manual maintenance. Inside, LED lighting and a stainless steel wire shelf enhance visibility and organization.
