Engineered for busy prep lines, the Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-D4-N-FL features an 18-pan opening under a flat lid and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board to keep ingredients and assembly space in one footprint. This two-section, 15.0 cu. ft. unit includes four drawers and a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. It incorporates a digital temperature control and monitoring system, LED interior lighting, a cold air compartment, and a cold bunker system. The unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and a self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system. Refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor.
