Designed for busy prep stations, the Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-D4-N streamlines sandwich and salad assembly with a stainless steel top featuring an 18-pan opening and four drawers for organized storage. Digital temperature control and monitoring let operators set and track cabinet conditions, while LED interior lighting makes contents easy to see. A self-cleaning condenser is equipped, and the cold air compartment with a cold bunker system delivers refrigerated air around the pans. An insulated pan cover and cutting board side rail support clean, efficient assembly and maintain presentation at the rail. This two-section unit provides 15.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity inside a durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. Its self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
