The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-E-SVC-N enhances prep efficiency with an extended countertop and an 18-pan opening for organized ingredient access. This two-section, 15.0 cu. ft. unit features a stainless steel top plus stainless steel interior and exterior, with a galvanized steel back and bottom for durability. A digital temperature control and monitoring system works with a cold bunker system and cold air compartment to keep product uniformly chilled, while an insulated pan cover protects contents between service periods. Inside, LED lighting improves visibility and two stainless steel wire shelves support storage. Two stainless steel doors with recessed handles and an ABS door liner simplify daily use and cleaning. The self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-cleaning condenser to help maintain performance. Measuring 72-5/8"L x 34"D x 39"H, it supports streamlined workflow on busy lines.
