The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-FB-N-GL is a Super Deluxe sandwich/salad mega top unit with a glass lid and front breathing airflow. This two-section prep solution delivers 11.1 cu. ft. of capacity in a 48-1/4"W x 36-3/4"D x 31-3/4"H footprint. The pan rail accommodates (18) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, and the 6-1/4" deep cutting board with side rail supports organized prep. Two solid hinged swing doors provide access to the refrigerated base. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized steel back and bottom, it comes equipped with a self-cleaning condenser. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor. Powered by 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, this model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
