The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-FB-N is a two-section, front-breathing sandwich/salad mega top unit designed to keep ingredients organized and at temperature during peak service. Its 48-1/4 inch stainless steel top features an 18-pan opening, supported by a cold bunker system, cold air compartment, and an insulated pan cover. Inside, LED lighting and two stainless steel wire shelves provide clear visibility and storage, while stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces with a galvanized back and bottom stand up to daily use. Two stainless steel doors with recessed handles and ABS door liners add durability and easy access. A digital temperature control and monitoring system simplifies oversight, and a self-cleaning condenser is equipped for dependable operation. This self-contained, rear-mounted R290 system delivers 13.9 cu. ft. of capacity and includes a cutting board side rail to support efficient prep. Power comes from a 1/3 HP, 115v/60/1-ph system drawing 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P
