A 9-1/2 inch deep, 1/2 inch thick polyethylene cutting board provides a generous assembly surface for sandwiches and salads. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust accumulation to minimize maintenance, while digital temperature control maintains a consistent 33°F to 39°F for ingredient freshness. The Cold Bunker system delivers even airflow around the food pans, ensuring reliable cooling even with the lids open. Built with stainless steel inside and out for durability and easy cleaning, the unit also features LED interior lighting and 4 inch swivel casters with front locks for convenient access and mobility.
