A patented self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust buildup to reduce routine maintenance. The stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and wipe down easily, while energy-efficient LED lighting brightens the cabinet for fast ingredient access during peak service. A 17-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy, ample prep surface to streamline sandwich and salad assembly.
