The Turbo Air TST-48SD-D2-N sandwich/salad prep table is engineered for efficiency and consistent performance on busy lines. A patented self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust buildup to reduce routine maintenance. Digital temperature control and monitoring maintain 33–39°F, while the Cold Bunker system circulates chilled air around the pan area to create a reliable temperature shield—even when lids are open. This 48-inch Super Deluxe unit streamlines workflow with one door and two drawers that accommodate twelve 1/6 pans. Its high-quality stainless steel interior and exterior are durable and easy to clean, and energy-efficient LED lighting enhances product visibility. Ergonomically designed doors and drawers support fast access to ingredients, and the included 9-1/2 in. deep, 1/2 in. thick polyethylene cutting board extends prep space. The unit uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is listed cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
