A practical storage layout—two drawers on the left and a right-hinged door on the right—keeps ingredients and bulk items organized and within reach. Inside, a stainless steel interior with a stainless steel wire shelf pairs durability with easy cleaning, while the galvanized steel back and bottom add rugged support. Performance-focused details include a self-cleaning condenser, a cold air compartment, and a self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor. A cutting board side rail supports streamlined assembly, and the 115v/60/1 electrical setup with NEMA 5-15P simplifies installation. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this 15 cu. ft.
