The Turbo Air TST-48SD-D4-FB-N Super Deluxe sandwich/salad unit is built to keep fast-moving lines organized and productive. Front breathing airflow facilitates placement alongside other equipment, while a stainless steel top with a 12-pan opening puts ingredients within easy reach. Four drawers and a two-section, 11.1 cu. ft. cabinet provide efficient backup storage to speed assembly. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom stand up to daily kitchen demands, and the included cutting board side rail supports clean, consistent prep. The self-cleaning condenser helps maintain optimal airflow over time. Refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon with a 1/5 HP system for reliable performance.
