The Turbo Air TST-48SD-FB-N is a two-section, 11.1 cu. ft. sandwich/salad unit designed to keep ingredients organized and ready on the line. Its 48-1/4 inch-wide stainless steel top includes a 12-pan opening, complemented by a cutting board side rail and insulated pan cover for streamlined prep. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior construction, with a galvanized steel back and bottom and ABS door liners, is built for busy kitchens. Front breathing airflow and a self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system use R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor. A self-cleaning condenser, hot gas condensate system, and cold air compartment are engineered for consistent, dependable operation. Two stainless steel doors with recessed handles and two stainless steel wire shelves provide practical storage and access. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and operates on 115v/60/1 at 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
