The Turbo Air TST-48SD-N-CL is a Super Deluxe sandwich/salad unit designed to streamline prep and presentation. This two-section, 12.0 cu. ft. model features a stainless steel top with a 12-pan opening and a cutting board side rail to support fast, organized assembly. A clear lid and insulated pan cover help protect product quality, while the cold air compartment directs chilled air around the pans. Two stainless steel doors with recessed handles open to a durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, plus an ABS door liner and two stainless steel wire shelves for flexible storage. Performance-focused refrigeration includes a self-cleaning condenser, hot gas condensate system, and a self-contained, rear mounted system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Powered by 1/4 HP and running on 115v/60/1-ph, 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, this unit meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for dependable operation in professional kitchens.
