Built for busy make lines, the Turbo Air TST-48SD-N-GL super deluxe sandwich/salad unit with glass lid delivers dependable cold holding and streamlined assembly. This two-section, 12.0 cu. ft. model fits 12 pans beneath a glass lid, while a 6-1/4" deep cutting board with side rail keeps ingredients organized. A cold air compartment helps maintain product temperatures across the top rail, and (2) stainless steel doors with recessed handles provide quick access to the base. Inside, the stainless steel interior with ABS door liners and (2) stainless steel wire shelves maximize durability and storage. The self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-cleaning condenser to support efficient performance. Measuring 48-1/4"W x 32-7/8"D x 31-3/4"H, this unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug and 1/6 HP compressor. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
