Built for busy lines, the Turbo Air TST-60SD-08S-D2-N streamlines make-line workflow in a compact, two-section footprint. The 60-1/4" stainless steel top features an 8-pan opening with a cold air compartment and an insulated pan cover to keep ingredients service-ready. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board provides a dedicated prep surface, while the cabinet’s (2) drawers, (1) stainless steel door with recessed handles, and (1) stainless steel shelf organize backups and tools. Digital temperature control and monitoring simplify oversight, and a self-cleaning condenser is equipped. The interior and exterior are stainless steel with a galvanized steel back and bottom. Refrigeration uses R290 Hydrocarbon with a 1/5 HP system operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 8.9 amps, NEMA 5-15P. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Contact sales for lead time.
