The Turbo Air TST-60SD-12M-D2R(L)-FB-N(-LW) two-section sandwich/salad mega top unit + work station is engineered to enhance prep efficiency and product organization. Measuring 60-1/4"W x 33-1/2"D x 39-5/8"H with 14.8 cu. ft. of capacity, it accommodates (12) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans in a cold air compartment beneath an insulated pan cover to maintain ingredient temperatures. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board supports streamlined assembly, while (2) drawers, (1) solid door, and (1) stainless steel shelf provide organized refrigerated storage. Front breathing airflow, a stainless steel interior and exterior, and a galvanized steel back and bottom support reliable daily operation. Performance features include a digital temperature control & monitoring system, LED interior lighting & fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph at 8.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
