Its two-section, front-breathing design saves space while delivering 14.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity. The 60-1/4 inch wide workstation holds twelve 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans beneath an insulated pan cover, paired with a 9-1/2 inch cutting board to speed assembly and maintain ingredient organization. A digital temperature control and monitoring system, self-cleaning condenser, and high-density polyurethane insulation support dependable performance and easier upkeep. The cold bunker system helps safeguard pan temperatures during service, while four drawers keep backup product within reach to minimize trips and downtime. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom provide longevity and simple cleaning. Powered by a 1/5 HP refrigeration system with a standard 115v connection (NEMA 5-15P), this workstation meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards for professional operations.
