Designed for organized prep, the Turbo Air TST-60SD-18M-D2R(L)-FB-N(-LW) combines a two-section refrigeration base with a work station. At 60-1/4"W x 33-1/2"D x 39-5/8"H and 14.8 cu. ft., it accommodates eighteen 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans in a cold air compartment beneath an insulated pan cover. A 9-1/2-inch-deep cutting board supports assembly, while two drawers, one solid door, and a stainless steel shelf provide storage and access. Front breathing airflow and a self-cleaning condenser are built in. The digital temperature control and monitoring system, LED interior lighting, and fan control aid consistency and visibility. A stainless steel interior and exterior, with a galvanized steel back and bottom, offers durability. Refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/5 HP compressor, operating on 115v/60/1 with 8.9 amps and a NEMA 5-15P plug. Made in the USA.
