The Turbo Air TST-60SD-18M-N-GL(-LW) is a Super Deluxe sandwich/salad mega prep + work station with a glass lid designed to streamline high-volume production and clean presentation. The two-section, 19 cu. ft. cabinet fits a 60-1/4"W x 36-3/4"D x 31-3/4"H footprint and holds (18) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans for organized ingredients. A 6-1/4" deep cutting board supports fast, efficient assembly. Digital temperature control & monitor system and LED interior lighting with fan control help maintain product integrity and visibility. Two solid doors access a stainless steel interior with ABS door liners and (2) stainless steel wire shelves for flexible storage. A self-cleaning condenser and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant support reliable, low-maintenance performance. The stainless steel exterior with galvanized steel back & bottom withstands daily use. Powered by a 1/5 HP, 115v/60/1-ph system drawing 8.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P cord, this unit is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listed and Made in USA. Specify the side for the work station to fit your line.
