Built for high-volume prep and clean presentation, the Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-CL is a two-section, 19.0 cu. ft. sandwich/salad unit with clear lids and a stainless steel top featuring a 24-pan opening. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, plus ABS door liners and recessed door handles, stand up to daily kitchen demands. A cold air compartment and insulated pan cover help maintain product temperatures across the rail, while LED interior lighting aids visibility inside the cabinet. The self-cleaning condenser and hot gas condensate system support consistent operation, and the self-contained rear mounted refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor. Two stainless steel wire shelves provide organized storage below the pans, and a cutting board side rail supports efficient assembly. Powered by 115v/60/1-ph, 8.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, this cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed unit is Made in USA.
