The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-FL 60-inch prep table is built for high-traffic kitchens, enabling two-sided access to ingredients to speed make-line throughput in delis, pizzerias, and busy commercial operations. Part of the Super Deluxe Series, it holds (24) 1/6 size pans and leverages a cold bunker system that circulates cold air around the pans to keep ingredients fresh during frequent lid openings. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust buildup that can lead to failures, while a digital temperature control and monitor system maintains consistent, food-safe temperatures.
