Designed for high-volume operations, it accommodates (16) 1/6 size pans and belongs to the Super Deluxe Series, pairing durable construction with performance-focused features. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust buildup that can cause refrigeration failure, while the digital temperature control and monitor system maintains safe holding temperatures.
A cold bunker system circulates chilled air around the pans to keep ingredients fresh and ready. The stainless steel build supports everyday durability and easy cleanup. Storage is flexible with one door and two drawers; each drawer fits pans up to 6 inches deep.
