The Turbo Air TST-60SD-FB-N is a two-section, 14.8 cu. ft. sandwich and salad unit designed to support high-volume prep in a compact 60-1/4"W x 30"D x 37"H footprint. Its stainless steel top features a 16-pan opening, complemented by an insulated pan cover and cutting board side rail to streamline assembly. Front Breathing airflow and a self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system work with a cold air compartment to maintain product temperatures, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant.
Built for demanding kitchens, this unit offers a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, ABS door liners, and two stainless steel wire shelves. Two stainless steel doors with recessed handles provide quick access. A self-cleaning condenser and hot gas condensate system help keep performance on track.
